mgclub8 Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User" or "Member") and mgclub8 ("Platform" or "We"). This Agreement governs access to and use of all services offered by mgclub8, including online slots, live casino, fish shooting, and sportsbook.

By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any part of this platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all provisions of this Agreement together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy that form part of it.

• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) account. Accounts found to be duplicates will be suspended and any funds held within them will be frozen pending the completion of an investigation. mgclub8 reserves the right to request identity verification documents — including a copy of an identity card or MyKad — at any time to confirm a member's eligibility.

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, except in special circumstances approved by mgclub8 management. All withdrawal requests are subject to standard security checks before funds are released. mgclub8 reserves the right to delay a withdrawal for the purpose of investigating suspicious activity.

Deposits will not be subject to any fees by the platform. However, any charges imposed by third-party financial service providers are outside of mgclub8's control.

mgclub8 offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms set at the time the offer is made. The following general terms apply to all bonuses:

• Bonuses are only eligible to be claimed by members who meet the specified eligibility requirements.
• Each bonus has a wagering requirement that must be met before winnings can be withdrawn.
• The 150% welcome bonus up to RM888 carries a wagering requirement of 15x the bonus value.
• For example: deposit RM100 → bonus RM150 → balance RM250 → wagering requirement of RM150 × 15 = RM2,250 must be met before withdrawal.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts and have no direct cash value.
• mgclub8 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if there is evidence of abuse, hedge betting, or fraud.

All gaming activity on the mgclub8 platform — including online slots, live casino, fish shooting, and sports betting — is governed by the following rules:

• Game results are final and cannot be disputed once recorded in the system.
• Any technical malfunction during a game session caused by the platform will be resolved fairly through a review of system records.
• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled except under circumstances defined in the mgclub8 sports betting policy.
• mgclub8 reserves the right to cancel any bet suspected of taking advantage of an odds-setting error.
• The use of automated software, bots, or any other unauthorised method to gain an advantage in games is strictly prohibited.
• Players are responsible for ensuring their internet connection is stable while playing. mgclub8 is not responsible for losses resulting from connectivity issues on the user's side.

For sports betting, displayed odds may change until a bet is confirmed. All mix parlay bets and other special bets are subject to additional rules available in the platform's help section.

mgclub8 values member loyalty through a VIP programme that offers weekly cashback to eligible members. The programme consists of three tiers:

• Bronze — weekly cashback of up to 0.4% of total net wagering.
• Silver — weekly cashback of up to 0.8% of total net wagering.
• Gold — weekly cashback of up to 1.2% of total net wagering.

Progress within the VIP programme depends on a member's betting activity and loyalty to the platform. VIP tiers may change in line with account activity. mgclub8 reserves the right to modify VIP benefits by giving reasonable notice to affected members.

mgclub8 reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate the account of any member for the following reasons, without limitation:

• Violation of any provision in this Agreement.
• Registration using false information or another person's identity.
• Fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Abuse of bonuses or promotions through unauthorised methods.
• Use of third-party software to gain an unfair advantage.
• Conduct that undermines the integrity of the platform or other members.

In cases of termination due to fraud or a serious violation, mgclub8 reserves the right to forfeit the funds held in the account. For suspensions arising from other reasons, valid funds will be returned in accordance with the established procedure once the investigation is complete.

mgclub8 will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses arising from the use of this platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses resulting from betting outcomes.
• Service interruptions due to planned or unplanned maintenance.
• Data loss due to technical failures beyond the platform's control.
• Actions or failures of third-party service providers.

This platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. mgclub8 makes no guarantee that the platform will always be free from errors, viruses, or interruptions. However, we are committed to resolving any disruption in the shortest possible time.

mgclub8 is committed to responsible gambling practices. The platform provides self-control tools to help members manage their gambling habits. We encourage all members to:

• Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits in your account settings.
• Use the cooling-off period feature if you need a break from gambling activity.

If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation within 30 days, the dispute will be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules set by mgclub8's licensing body. The arbitration decision is final and binding on both parties.

Continued use of the platform after an amendment takes effect is considered acceptance of the amended terms by the member. If you do not agree with any amendment, you have the right to close your account before the amendment's effective date.
